Whether you're working with a full wedding planner, month- or day-of coordinator, or planning your wedding yourself, the timeline can be a daunting task! If you do have help from a planner, there's a bunch of pressure taken off your shoulders, but there's still decisions to be made- Do you want a first look? Do you want to mingle with guests during cocktail hour? Will you want an exit photographed at the end of your reception?

Then there's a bunch of questions that you maybe don't care about, but still has an impact on your timeline. Is there travel time from your ceremony and reception space? Is the ceremony room being flipped into your reception space? What time can you access your venue?

With the new Kristyn Romell Photography Wedding Experience, you may choose 8 hours with a single shooter (just me!) or 8 hours with me and a second shooter! Eight hours with two photographers may seem like lots of time, but there are some wedding days that require extra hours of coverage to capture everything from anticipation to that big reception exit!

But, to help lay out what an eight hour wedding day may look like with your photography, here are sample timelines with and without doing a first look! And there's even a list of approximate times I need to totally capture the more picture heavy parts of the day, like family formals and wedding party pictures! Not every wedding day looks the same, but seeing where your photographer is coming from with timing, can help a bunch!
